PeniMaster PRO is a penile traction device used to treat Peyronie’s disease and increase the overall length and girth of the penis. The device we created works by gently stretching the penis. A period of application of about three hours in a 24-hour day-night cycle can already provide visible results. An application time of between six and twelve hours during one day-night cycle is ideal. A longer application time does not necessarily provide better results, as the tissue will regenerate and react with growth to the previous extension in the application break. Within the daily application time, you can freely choose the number and duration of breaks. The application time can be divided into several hours in the morning, afternoon and evening, for example. Every 60-90 minutes, a break of at least 5 minutes should be taken in order to stimulate the blood supply to the penis with a light regenerative massage and stimulate cell growth.

Basically, yes. Since, while you are sleeping, you cannot interrupt the use of the device with a supportive regenerative massage of the penis, the use of the device at night is not recommended and should only be considered if no use time of several hours can be achieved during the day. If the penis enlargement device is to be used while sleeping, the user should familiarize himself with the use of the device in an adequate manner and should determine the traction force and grip settings that apply to him while he is awake. Treatment can be stopped at any time and resumed at any time. The results achieved before stopping will be maintained, except for the prolongation effect.

During the first four to twelve weeks of use, penis length increases only by tissue elongation and not by the growth of new body cells. The success of such elongation is only temporary. If the penis becomes longer or thicker or if it changes shape due to use beyond the above-mentioned period, these results will mostly persist even after the planned period of regular use is over.

This device can be worn under any suit or blue jeans. However, our Belt Expander System is better for this purpose.

The device should be removed during activities that require a lot of difficult movement.

To simulate ideal cell tissue growth, a tensile force between 200 and 1200 grams should be selected. Start with the lightest, then increase gradually.

During an erection, the penis will be as long as it can be stretched in the flaccid state. Therefore, there is no need to adjust the rod or the enlargement belt in such cases. The anatomically adaptive glans fixation of the PeniMaster PRO automatically adapts to the fixed glans size changes during an erection. The flexible holding belt of the PeniMaster that is adjusted around the penis shaft must be loosened in the event of an erection, unless it is sufficiently relaxed.

To date, no side effects have been reported from using the PeniMaster PRO. However, please pay attention to the instructions for use of the PeniMaster and PeniMaster PRO before use.

During use, slight skin irritation may occur in the area of ​​the restraint belt, but this can be reduced by the included comfort belt and will subside quickly after use.

If used incorrectly (e.g. if the fixation or pulling force is too high), a bluish discoloration of the glans penis may occur, often associated with coldness, numbness or pain, which requires discontinuation of use until the symptoms subside.

If the PeniMaster PRO is used correctly, the mechanical principle of operation can lead to increased blood flow and, thus, slight redness of the glans penis, which subsides quickly after the device is removed. Due to the high level of comfort, a pulling force higher than the recommended 200–1200 grams can be easily transferred to the glans penis. ​Especially in the cases mentioned above or if a higher tensile force is applied without sufficient acclimatization, the result may be a temporary slight swelling of the glans penis and/or a partial whitish discoloration, which usually subsides significantly after a few minutes. Tension forces exceeding those mentioned above may result in the formation of blisters on the glans penis which subside within a few hours after the device is removed. Too strong a vacuum may result in the foreskin (if applicable) being sucked into the vacuum chamber at least partially and showing swelling. All side effects described and caused by improper application are temporary and are known well in advance through itching or burning reactions. Therefore, the device should be removed if the corresponding symptoms occur and should only be re-installed correctly according to these instructions after the symptoms have subsided and with a lower tensile force.
